Roasted Brussels Sprouts ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Roasted Brussels Sprouts service if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Roasted Brussels Sprouts website (www.roastedbrusselssprouts.com) by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

When filing a DMCA Notice, please ensure it contains the following information, as required by the DMCA:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to the original work or a copy of the work).

  6. Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).

Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed from Roasted Brussels Sprouts due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you have the option to file a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our Designated Copyright Agent and must include substantially the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Describe the material and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Roasted Brussels Sprouts may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Provide your physical or electronic signature (e.g., typing your full legal name).
